MeasurePatch is a small independent site run by one person. There is no support desk and no ticket queue, so this page sets out what is worth reporting and how to make a report useful.

Reporting a result that looks wrong

The most useful report names four things: which calculator you used, the exact values you entered, the result you expected, and the result you saw. That is enough to reproduce the calculation and check it against the published methodology.

What this page is not

MeasurePatch does not take orders, hold accounts, store your measurements or quote prices. Nothing entered into a calculator leaves your browser, so there is no submission for anyone here to look up.

A published contact address will appear here. Until it does, treat MeasurePatch as a reference tool rather than a service with a support channel.
